Welcome to Quenq! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Quenq website and our applications, including Reborn XP (collectively, the "Service"). The Service and all of its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Quenq. Our applications, including but not limited to Reborn XP, are provided to you as a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for your personal, non-commercial use only. You agree not to copy, modify, or reverse engineer any part of our original Service.

Third-Party Content (e.g., Arcade Games): The games available in The Quenq Arcade are curated from various public sources, including the Internet Archive. We do not claim ownership of these games. All rights, titles, and interest in and to such content are the property of the respective original developers. We are providing access to this content for preservation and entertainment purposes.

3. Description of Service

Specifically in interactive spaces like the Place canvas, you agree not to create content that is hateful, abusive, or explicitly nsfw. We reserve the right to moderate user-generated content and terminate access for users who violate these rules.
