Welcome to Quenq! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Quenq website and our applications, including Reborn XP (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you do not have permission to access the Service.

2. Intellectual Property

The Service and all of its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Quenq. Our applications, including but not limited to Reborn XP, are provided to you as a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for your personal, non-commercial use only. You agree not to copy, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or reverse engineer any part of our Service.

Our Service provides access to web-based simulators and tools, which are intended for entertainment and educational purposes. The Service is provided "AS IS" and is supported by advertisements. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time without prior notice.

Quenq expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

In no event shall Quenq, nor its directors, employees, partners, or agents, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

We may terminate or suspend your access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Quenq operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
